Heather was born and raised in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada, where she still currently resides. She has extensive on-stage theatre experience She started acting at the age of 12 when she was forced into Grade 7 Drama. She then went on to be a certified Drama Geek in High School, attending the Annual One Act Festival with her drama class. She still covets the Drama awards she won in Junior High and High School.
After graduating from University, Heather began working in business administration and accounting. In 2015, her friend invited her to see the movie, "Fifty Shades of Grey". She at first declined because she thought it wasn't her thing. Well, the next day she went out and bought the books and read them four times. She then went on to become an avid reader of romance and started Naughty Book Blog. She also became a devout audiobook listener and soon realized she could combine her love of acting and books and finally pursue the acting career she always dreamed of.
Heather received her Bachelor of Fine Arts with a major in Dramatic Arts from the University of Lethbridge.
She continues to improve her craft by regularly working with coaches. She has worked with Andi Arndt, Jayme Mattler, James Foster, Shannon Elizabeth Parks,
PJ Ochlan (dialects), Sean Pratt (non-fiction) and Joel Froomkin. She records from her professional studio in her home.
In 2019 Heather received 1st place for Best Debut Narrator in Audiobook Obsession's 1st Annual Romance Audiobook Awards. In 2020 she was nominated for an Independent Audiobook Award in the Anthologies category.
